Hey everybody, it's Record Store Day

One day a year in which independent artists and labels
(And some not so independent like the one issuing
demo tapes of Paul McCartney and Elvis Costello's
work together) put out one time only releases to
thank their customers.

If u want to see full list of what's offered, google
Record Store Day. Each store picks from there. I know
My Minds Eye has the Paul and Elvis thing-- lots more
but I have to get out of here now to get over there. The
line this morning was around the block. Sorry no time
to take or post photo.

There will be guest DJ's spinning records all day over
there too. Crowded store but good times.

My Minds Eye is at Detroit and Cranford across from
Bobby O's. Be there or be square!

That is awesome. I knew it was Record Store Day (mostly, honest truth, because of the nice story in this week's LO). I had no idea it would be that kind of draw.
