The Shoreway, RT 2, West Boulevard to Kirtland, Mentor on The Lake

What were they thinking? How many years ago did the powers that be, ( who was in charge? ), decide to put a stupid freeway on the lakefront? Instead of a marina or apartments, hotels, restaurants, shopping, a train track? Mansions, That decision stymied the growth and the lure of Cleveland, almost a 70 years ago?, and we still suffer that decision today. The west shoreway is changing, maybe that will be the beginning of the transformation, a big fix to remove the pimple, a tumor, no, a cancer that has blotted Cleveland's face for far too long.

And another thing, there should be a "Sky Line" bridge from Cleveland to Canada, why drive to Buffalo to cross the Lake, how great would that be, if we had the "bridge"? Tall enough for ore ships to glide underneath, no problem, with a bike trail too, all the way to Canada, with a rest stop, a "rest area", motel, food, rest rooms, showers, picnic areas. I think it's worth the investment, Cleveland would be one of the most attractive destinations, compare it to San Francisco, the "Golden Gate Bridge" lighted up at night, wow... how many miles is it to Canada from Cleveland? Can we do this in my life time? LaBrown, Trump, Gates, can you help make Cleveland MORE Great? I'll contribute, why not? to make your home great again?
