The "Cheaters" Admit:"There Was a Violation" of Open Meetings Laws by Council
1. The 2015 City Council violated the Open Meetings Act, and "won" a unanimous secret "vote" that gave away millions.
2. The 2015 Council and Butler lied to Judge Friedman claiming they did not violate the law and they "won."
3. The 2015 Council, Butler and Pae (through her affidavit) lied to the Court of Appeals about what they did, and they "won."
4. The 2015 Council lied to the public about the Master Agreement and what they did in order to "win" the vote on issue 64.
4. The 2015 Council and Butler, then stated in their court filing "A cure recognizes that there was a violation [of the Open Meetings Act], but the harm is cured by subsequent action of the citizens."
What do you call people who "win" by lying?
Cheaters

A liar is a liar is a liar. Also I have observed that a liar can convince their own mind that what is being lied about is true, if a person is a true liar they cannot stop lying.

All part of a general climate of shabbiness that we've witnessed over the past several years. Perhaps, even worse, is the failure of other government regulators to properly review the conduct of our city officials. I still fail to see why all of the council members (of the 2015 council) decided to "carry water" for the Clinic.
What possible reason could our appointed and elected city officials have for systematically lying to the citizens? Was it just cynicism? Each new document reveals more planned shabbiness. Is this what we can expect as future policy?

We don't need to "expect" or accept this from our elected officials. It's time to see new faces, fresh ideas, better representation on Council.
Here is a chance for a change for the better:

I, too, think I will attend. It's possible the Tristan Radar represents the future of Lakewood. (I'd be interested in the menu
)

Mr. Kindt,
Ascribing motives from conduct can be tricky, but we now have a plethora documented conduct.
Sam O'Leary's political aspirations are well known and his own testimony evidences that he was lobbied by the Clinic--he even sought them out in his back channel dealings.
It has also been documented that Tom Bullock begged to be on the LHA board and his political aspirations are well known.
The two have learned well from Ed Fitzgerald--sell out Lakewood and give the Clinic what they want and they will help your political career.
It is documented that O'Leary is "carrying the water" for the Clinic, e.g. O'Leary appointed a Clinic doctor to the "new foundation."
It is also documented that O'Leary changes his stories depending on his audience---he is following the leads of Bullock and Fitzgerald:

I have been saying for over a year now that there appears to be a strong connection between Summers and Extended Company, Armond Budish and the Cuyahoga County Courts.
I believe there may be some foul play going on between these three groups.
What is Judge O'Donnell waiting for as far as re-scheduling the hospital lawsuit?
Is he waiting for Summers and Extended Company and Armond Budish for his "directions"?
As I have said before, if you have not contacted the Ohio Supreme Court about this alleged corrupt judge, I suggest you do so.
If you need contact information, you can PM me.
