It was strange that Uldricks, who has a lot of experience with (losing) court cases, would call me out after he and his Build Lakewood lawyer lost their suit against Jim O'Bryan and the Observation Deck.

When Bill and I first heard about the hospital debacle, we couldn't believe it. It didn't make any sense. We felt compelled to stand up for what we think is right and find out why the Mayor and the City would let the CCF out of their lease. We had no idea how deep and ugly it would get.

Hunter Thompson said it best, "When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro."

Ms. Meckes,

Uldricks meets the common definition of "loser."

Uldricks has a criminal record---one case involving telecommunications harassment of a woman---the police file related to that conviction made references to anti-semitic and strong bizarre sexual content that was sent to multiple people. He "lost" that case and its fair to say he "lost" other cases involving police arresting him.

His personnel file for a public position (for which he was not really qualified) contained allegations that he lied on his application about his criminal convictions, that he used public computers for personal use and that he sent mailings to two Lakewood residents "meant to intimidate" them. One of these citizens was a woman and one was a lawyer representing JOB. Uldricks "lost" his job.

He was apparently so angry at himself for "losing" his job that he filed what has been referred to as a frivolous SLAPP lawsuit in an effort to blame JOB and the Observer and get $$$ to cover his "loss" of his job. He "lost" his SLAPP lawsuit against the media and its publisher and "lost" in his effort to out two citizens' identities in the SLAPP lawsuit where he sought personal gain, but "lost"---all this happened in a very short period of time in litigation terms. He tried to play the "victim" card and the court did not buy it--he "lost". Many bullies are really cowards who play the "victim" when called out, because they "lose" perceived control.

He is now hassling you (a woman) online because you have been a Plaintiff in a lawsuit that has been pending for nearly two years and you have nothing to gain personally.

He has tweeted concerning other another woman that she is "the angriest person in Lakewood."

So I think it is fair to say that Uldricks qualifies as a "multi-time loser" and a "bully".

Perhaps he feels threatened by women who stand up for their rights and the rights of others?

Ms. Meckes,

Please do carry on with your good cause---win, lose or draw, you are doing the right thing.

Ricky then doubles down with some Milo-style comedy.
Apparently child sex abuse is acceptable joke fodder.

A Mike Summers hire. His kind of guy.

Mr. Uldricks did Jay Carson save you a slice of that sh*t sandwich served up to your legal team at the law firm of Wegman, Hessler and Vanderburg.

I am disappointed that I am not in the running for Ms. Angriest Woman in Lakewood but perhaps I can be in her court the next time that we have an Angry Woman parade.

This person works for the city and is allowed to post this sort of thing online? Or does he no longer work directly for the city?

Um. We need to clean house up there. Browns style. Not just the elected positions.

Geez, maybe the Observer could do a piece on some great city employees so that it wouldn't feel like the whole operation is overrun with bad apples. That's the picture that comes across.

That employee lost his city job when he was caught by the police for sending postcards, meant to be intimidating, to several residents' homes during the hospital debacle.

I happen to be one of them and I DID NOT APPRECIATE it.

Perhaps I have good reason to be the "angriest person in Lakewood!"

I'll take it as a compliment considering it's coming from the guy who was stupid enough to use his credit card to buy the metered stamps he used to mail the postcards.

There are lots of great employees at the City of Lakewood.

The lakewood citizen was offered a chance to resign or be fired.
And he was so proud of himself that he posted this: https://www.scribd.com/document/3400675 ... ice-Report

The post seems to be deleted from this link. Is there another reference?

He should have been prosecuted. How could the mayor hire him in the first place? That anti-semetic, sexually bizarre and harassing e-mail surely was indicative of a criminal.

He deleted his tweets.

That's what people do when they behave impulsively. Act first, think later.

Why no prosecution? The detective told me they wanted to prosecute and presented it to the prosecutor, at whose discretion will decide to pursue it or not.

The mayor wanted him hired. The law director, who serves at the mayor's behest, is Butler. Butler heads up the law department and directs the prosecutors. It's entirely plausible that they all discussed this and the mayor asked, or directed the law department not to prosecute. Likely they used the excuse that he'd be losing his job and that was punishment enough.

Happens all the time. Politics plays a big role in any prosecutors decision, though they try to deny it.

THat means Jay Carson and the rest of his RU's handlers convinced him to take them down.
Have no fear, we still have the screenshots.

Isn't it interesting how David Anderson and the rest of the City Hall cowards just sit by when stuff like this happens?
They are no different from the national Republicans that enable Steve Bannon.
