A Special Thanks to the Publishers & Editors of the Observer
To the Publishers and Editors of the Observer,
Happy Thanksgiving!
You allow every voice in Lakewood the opportunity to be heard and to be relevant.
Without you, the smallest voices in Lakewood might never be heard.
Thank you for your dedication to all of the people and for your respect for all voices of Lakewood.

And we are thankful for all that take part.
Happy Thanksgiving to All.
From 2014...

Let's work together to make this the best holiday season in recent memories. After the past two years, let's show everyone, including all of us, what makes this city and this project so great. Now let's work together, party together, rejoice together.
Also please check in on elderly, and those in need. Let's not forget, just because our lives are good, and calm, their lives may not be.
Peace/Love

Now, more than ever, we need to be vigilant that we protect the right to free speech and a free press. We are not free without those rights.
Thanks to Jim O'Bryan and the Lakewood Observer for providing a forum where all viewpoints, opinions, and information can be shared.
We are so fortunate to have this resource.
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Yes! Thank You Lakewood Observer. Without LO most of us would be in the dark. At least we know how much darkness we have at City Hall. Maybe something can be done in the future. I am thankful for all the good people I have met while working to Save Lakewood Hospital.

Very well stated, I also want to thank the contributors, the staff and the silent ones who have a forum to read and think about.

Happy Thanksgiving to all, from your local banjo player!

Golden diamonds on the lake, caught by the morning sun.
Underground caves, on the cliff, where Freedom's song was sung.
By the clear cool valley, Rocky River's silver foam.
LAKEWOOD, OHIO is our home!
Kirtland Warblers, Templar cars, and Polo fields in June.
A hundred ways to worship God, or sing your favorite tune.
We will sing this song, wherever we may roam.
LAKEWOOD, OHIO is our home!
Refrain
Come with us, to our home town!
It's LAKEWOOD, OHIO! Well, come on down!
Join with us with our song and cheer.
As we begin another hundred years!
We began our story back in 1889.
One hundred years together, and we're really doin' fine!
On Detroit's old plank road, on a Strawberry Roan,
LAKEWOOD, OHIO is our home!

I have to thank Jim and the whole LO project. While I used to post quite a bit, over the last few yrs I've been reading but not posting. The fact is LO DOES exist, and all the excellent things said about it in this string of posts, I do wholly agree with. Happy Thanksgiving to each of you from "just some guy in Lakewood".
