Show Us OUR Records: Amended Complaint Filed As City Hall Conceals Records RE: Issue 64 and State Audit

As Pae and now David Anderson scramble to get their ever shifting stories straight about the Master Agreement and what happened to the taxpayer's money, the State of Ohio Ex Relator (the undersigned) recently had lawyers file an amended complaint in the Court of Appeals of Cuyahoga County.

The State of Ohio Ex Relator seek potentially thousands of heretofore concealed public records that are relevant to Issue 64, among other things.

Many of the records sought relate to records likely given to the State Auditor that would substantiate Jenn Pae's and the City's claims made in the City of Lakewood Comprehensive Annual Financial Review (CAFR).

So do David Anderson and others at City Hall (likely working Burgess Boys) have full access to Jenn Pae and the Public's records and the ability to use records for political purposes, while the Public and the State of Ohio Ex Relator are being left in the dark?

Why are Jenn Pae and City Hall unable to produce available accounting records after over three weeks while Issue 64 looms?
