Save Lakewood Hospital PAID for a booth at Jordan's Family Foundation because we believed (right or wrong) that his little foundation might be beneficial to the health of some individuals.

He did NOT speak to the chairman of Save Lakewood Hospital.

He and SLH did NOT come to "any kind of mutual agreement".

He just shut us out, period.

What are the titles of the people I spoke with? Who is the chair?

She has no accounting credentials, no bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation, no master's in accounting or taxation, no Ph.D. in accounting or taxation, no CPA license, no CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification, no CFP designation, no MBA degree, no AICPA membership, no OSCPA membership. There are people in the Lakewood City Income Tax department who have better credentials than she, but they're processing our income tax returns. (Very competently and efficiently, I might add. That's one city dept. that's functioning well.)

Many of us here immediately saw through this vindictive and Anti-American lawsuit. Now, however, an independent and objective judge, well versed in the law, carefully considered the case and the allegations, and found them insufficient.
