Chump
Donald, you f--ked up, you had a chance to win it all, you could have made a real difference, but no, your big mouth, you shot yourself in the foot, you cut off your nose to spite your face, you lost the biggest game ever, because you have no soul. Not that Hilliarious has one, but I believed in you, you had a chance, not any more...

What exactly did you expect to happen? Did you actually believe that Donald would magically become a "gentleman statesman"?jackie f taylor wrote:Donald, you f--ked up, you had a chance to win it all, you could have made a real difference, but no, your big mouth, you shot yourself in the foot, you cut off your nose to spite your face, you lost the biggest game ever, because you have no soul. No way! A leopard doesn't change its spots.
It's amusing to watch all these Republicans like Paul Ryan try to talk around or minimize Donald's misdeeds.
They are so craven for power that they can't afford to antagonize Trump's fans....hopefully voters will hold them accountable in the future.

I don't often agree with Michael but I always respect his opinions. In this case, I both agree AND respect his opinions. Trump is a laughable candidate and the Republicans are scurrying trying to figure out why he is their candidate.Michael Deneen wrote:What exactly did you expect to happen? Mr. Taylor I have a deep appreciation for someone who is willing to honestly reconsider his position when presented with an ugly truth.
It's a trait I respect.
It's a trait that separates you from the likes of Mr. O'Leary, Mr. Anderson and the rest of the Creepy Clowns, who hold hands and share furtive glances in that backroom at City Hall.
Thanks for being honest Jackie. Thanks for caring about the truth.

I wouldn't be surprised if:
Trump bails out of tonight's debate at the last minute.
He folds his candidacy sometime this week.
Has anyone heard anything about who besides Pence might replace him.

No refunds, no exchanges.
I'm enjoying this even more than the "Caribou Barbie" fiasco/meltdown in 2008.

I'm sorry, this topic should be posted in Global discussions. I posted it here, I admit it, it was wrong and I apologize.

I certainly don't mind having it here....this is the "High Traffic" area.
As for the Trump campaign, it has a special message for Republican voters:

Supporting Hillary, who is undeniably crooked, by spending 95% of one’s time focusing on Trump’s transgressions is little different than ballyhooing the “Solstice Steps” every time someone decries the hospital deal. It sure would be nice if we could focus on the issues: bankers and the Fed ripping us off, medical industry ripping us off, bad trade deals, incessant warmongering, huge annual deficits and unrepayable debt, overpriced crappy schools, dwindling available energy, etc. Trump is an ass, no doubt, but by today’s standards so was Kennedy and Bill Clinton. Just no Internet and mainstream media agenda back then. Nobody considered either one of them to be “unfit to be president”. That said, you can bet I won’t vote for either one of them. I haven’t voted “R” or “D” in decades....
And yes it would be best if this was moved to Global. If people would post school issues in Schools, global issues in Global, etc. those forums might get the attention they deserve….

I admit it....I LOVE basking in Trump's failure! It's good for the soul to see such an arrogant jerk get his comeuppance.Tim Liston wrote:Supporting Hillary, who is undeniably crooked, by spending 95% of one’s time focusing on Trump’s transgressions is little different than ballyhooing the “Solstice Steps” every time someone decries the hospital deal. The irony of him representing the self-proclaimed "Family Values Party" makes it even sweeter.
I'm no big fan of Hillary (she's corporate and too war-mongery), but she's obviously more qualified.

Time heals all wounds? Lord, considering how little time has passed, controversial statements have surfaced exposing what Hillary has done, or said, concerning Bill's infidelities, I might say, not anything to be proud of, actions that is damaging her character. (as if it could be worse than Donalds ).
I admit, I've said and done things throughout my 64 years that I regret and deeply sorry for doing, I was young, dumb, or ignorant, I have forgiven myself, and now believe that I can be a better man, because I learned from my errors. If Bill, Hillary or Richard Nixon, you name them, if they can be forgiven for there stupidness, and mistakes, then why not Donald. What is the worst of the two evils?
Ene mene mynee moe, name the candidate who has to go?

If you had your choice, who would you want to be president? In all the USA, Who? Warren Buffet? Howard Stearn ? Mike Tirvisono ?
