State Auditor's Report Exposes Summers Lied Under Oath

In his January, 2016 deposition in the taxpayer Lawsuit when Summers was asked why there were no appraisals of hospital assets and why an investment banker was not hired to market the hospital, Summers testified:

"We weren't selling this hospital."

However, the Independent Auditor’s Report which is part of the City of Lakewood, Ohio Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Year Ending December 31, 2015 (CAFR) refers to Lakewood Hospital as having been sold the the Cleveland Clinic per the Master Agreement that Summers signed less than one month before his sworn testimony. Quotes from the Auditor's Report:

1. "The City-owned Lakewood Hospital" and

2. At several points the Auditors state.."the sale of Lakewood Hospital to Cleveland Clinic" pursuant to the Master Agreement.

Who do you believe, the State Auditors Accountants or Summers?


Bottom Line: Summers lied under oath about the sale of Lakewood Hospital per the Master Agreement he signed.

That's a whopper.

I believe it would be great if we could get the State Auditor to come in and audit ALL of the city funds. Unfortunately, at this point, I believe there is a possibility that some of our funds could be sitting in over seas accounts by now. Summers and Extended Company appear to have sold off hospital assets for MUCH LESS than market value. Now we are dealing with the alleged theft of the Lakewood Hospital Foundation Funds.

No open bidding on the hospital as is stated by law according to the Federal Trades Commission.

The alleged stealing of Lakewood residents homes without due process, especially residents that are elderly, suffering from a terminal illness, Black, Hispanic, Arabic, etc.

There is also word of alleged vote rigging in the last Mayoral Election.

Last night, Summers and Extended Company appear to have tried to purge the Lakewood Democratic Club of members, that I believe, were voting against Summer's wishes.

What has Summers done to improve the over all quality of Lakewood? A lot of our housing stock is in need of repair, in much worse condition that the homes he is allegedly stealing. The worst suburb in the Cleveland area for heroin and the best suburb in the Cleveland area for dope dealers. Citizens being held up at gun point and robbed as they walk down the streets. I believe that Summers layed down the welcome mat for criminals when he opened up tons of burner cell phone stores in Lakewood, also known as, call your drug dealer direct for a lot less stores.

Rapes and murders appear to also still be occurring here in Lakewood. I do not expect to live in a crime free city, but, why hide it?

In my opinion, these are not the actions of a mayor that took the job to serve the citizens of Lakewood. I believe this man took the job for his own and his friend's personal gain!

It appears Summers and Extended Company have appeared to find persons at the County, State and Federal levels that will do whatever is necessary to stop anyone or anything that stand in the way of a complete city take over.

Shame on all of you. What would your mothers think of you now? What does God think of all of you? I doubt any of you care!

I believe it is possible that Antonio is covering Summer's rear end at the State level, along with the Ethics Committee and the Elections Committee. I believe that Armond and now Mary Louise are covering him at the County level. I believe that Armond allegedly helped with the voter fraud from our last election.

Here you can report suspected fraud, waste, etc to the Ohio Auditor of State, Dave Yost. I recall Yost going into the City of Beachwood recently regarding their mayor allegedly pocketing money made from marriages when it was supposed to go to city coffers.
