I started speaking with Mayor Michael P. Summers in September 2014, about "proof" the hospital is closing. Between September and October, Mayor Summers assured me it was not true. There was NO TALKS about a Rec Center, or closing the hospital. I asked him if he had spoken to anyone on LHA Board, and he said , "No, it has been months." Of course Mayor Summers was on LHA Board, as the fiduciary agent for you, me and the residents of Lakewood. To keep us informed about what was going on at LHA. I had no idea, the very perseon trusted with our most valuable asset, would also sell it out from under us for NOTHING. Well nothing but millions for friends to manage, but nothing for the residents that just got screwed out of $100 million - $300 million! Yeah, hey Mayor Summers, found a liar for you.

We know know Mike used the term "closing the hospital" often leading up the announcement, while working in secret.
Of course they are fighting the turn over of most of these documents.

The $120 million in development" Nothing but pure BS.

In my book a lie is telling something you know to be wrong. Mike knows his lies are wrong.

SLH people, Essi, Markling, Myself and others, are trying to find the documents so that we can be more arcuate.

Mike worked on this for 5 years and knows the truth.

Mike's lies have cost this city over $100 million on the low end, and probably our future.

Remember when "City Hall" told everyone, "They are closed for remodeling."

We found out they were closed by the Mayor, who had an acquaintance that complained.

Damn, seems like we just keep catching the same liar, again and again!

Today we caught a boy telling some whoppers!

Not only did he forget 2 years of his hard work, while acting like he didn't know anything. Called playing dumb.

Then tons of other promises he was never going to keep.

Mayor Summers, this quest for liars isn't turning up many different ones.

Perhaps this was a psychological project?

At this point he was two tears into closing the hospital.

He also never had the public meetings, instead in formed a tight group of friends and plotted to get the LHF, and now a paltry $19,7 million for themselves in the form of a new organization.

Lakewood, we have been played.

The lease OBLIGATES the Clinic to provide very specific services through out the term of the lease.

TRUTH. FACT.

The Clinic was legally bound to fulfill the term and terms of the lease. If they wanted to terminate early, we were entitled to damages, just like any other entity that chooses to break a lease.

Yet the city and LHA continue to assert that the Clinic had no obligation to remain, and we had no choice but to accept that they were breaking the lease.
