Judge O'Donnell Alleged Housing Scam Accuser Put in Jail - Connection to Lakewood?

Post by Lori Allen _ »

It has come to my attention that the lady that wrote several articles alleging Judge John P. O'Donnell's alleged part in an alleged housing and foreclosure scam in Cleveland's east suburbs has been arrested on charges of felonious assault on a peace officer and obstructing official business. The lady's name is Kathy Wray Coleman, 56 years old, of Shaker Heights.

In case anyone is unfamiliar, Ms. Coleman is the lady that uncovered an alleged foreclosure and "house-stealing" scam involving African-American property owners in Cleveland's eastern suburbs. Ms. Coleman alleged that former Sheiff Bob Reid, former Judge (now prosecutor) Tim McGinty, Judge John P. O'Donnell, and Foreclosure Magistrate Stephen Bucha were involved with allegedly illegal foreclosures. Ms. Coleman alleged that these individuals were allowing mortgage companies that did not own mortgage notes to foreclose on the homes of African-Americans anyway, even though they allegedly did not have a legal right to do so. Furthmore, Ms. Coleman alleges that Bucha and O'Donnell were aware, and were allowing, former Sheriff Bob Reid to illegally foreclose on homes owned by African-Americans allegedly without doing required inspections, deflating the value by as much as 60%, and then selling the homes to friends and politically-connected people for very low prices. Furthermore, Ms. Coleman alleges that Judge John P. O'Donnell allegedly threatened a young attorney with criminal prosecution and sanctions if he did not file the required documents for these allegedly illegal foreclosures.

A few years later, this is what happens to her while exercising her rights downtown during the RNC:

http://www.cleveland.com/rnc-2016/index ... an_ar.html

1. Did it really take that many officers to make an arrest? Intimidation?
2. The article alleged that she almost hit three officers with her car way back in May 2015 and that she was arrested on a warrant from that incident. Really? They waited over a year to track someone down that allegedly tried to hit three officers with her car? Come on.
3. According to the article, Coleman alleges that the officers used racial slurs in the May 2015 incident. Surprise? This seems par for the course for those that speak out against the system in general, but especially in Cuyahoga County.
4. I wonder what judge signed off on this supposed "warrant?" Hmm...
5. Notice above that the charges are felonious assault on a peace officer. According to the article nobody was injured in the May 2015 incident. If that is the case, the charges should be attempted felonious assault.
6. The article states that three officers were almost struck by Ms. Coleman. If that is the case, why are there four counts of felonious assault on a peace officer?
7. Notice in the video that Ms. Coleman alleges that Judge O'Donnell stole her house.

In an article, Ms. Coleman alleges that Judge John P. O'Donnell stated the following:
O'Donnell has allegedly said that he can do as he pleases in breaking the law and harassing Blacks subject to foreclosure because he is an influential White male Democrat who allegedly "has county prosecutor Bill Mason and the Cleveland FBI wrapped around his fingers."
If this is true, wow! Really? If this is true, he should be removed from the bench. There is no room for racism.

You can see all of the articles written about Judge John P. O'Donnell by Ms. Coleman by Googling "Judge O'Donnell foreclosure fraud". There are far too many articles written by her to post links to here. In one of the articles, Ms. Coleman alleges that O'Donnell allegedly sexually harassed and stalked her for 12 years.

To relate this to Lakewood, I will say the following:

Through my recent posts here on the Deck, it appears that there is a housing scam of some sort happening in Lakewood that involves at least some city officials. Judge John P. O'Donnell lives in Lakewood. While I am not accusing and everything I have written here has come from Ms. Coleman, it makes me pause and think about others possibly being involved in an alleged housing scam in Lakewood. In most of the cases of alleged house theft in Lakewood, the majority of the homeowners were either old, terminally ill, chronically ill, or were racial minorities. If city officials are allegedly stealing these homes, is it possible that they allegedly stole the hospital from us too? Vote no on Issue 64 in November. Let's sell the hospital the legal way. Also, if these houses are being allegedly stolen, wouldn't city officials need help from someone at the county, state, or federal level? My guess is the county level.

I wish Ms. Coleman the best and hope that she can fight the system and get back to exposing alleged corruption. I believe that this arrest could possibly be at least partially retaliation for Ms. Coleman's articles. Also, I would like reiterate the fact that residents both in Lakewood and statewide should really think about their vote for Supreme Court Justice this November.

It is beginning to appear that there could be the possibility of O'Donnell having an interest in the alleged money laundering housing scam appearing to be happening here in Lakewood. Does this make anyone wonder whether or not he should be judging the hospital law suit? I believe it appears he is stalling this case long enough for the south medical building to come down. It appears the work on destroying the building should start sometime this week or next week.

I believe it appears that our hospital was money laundered away for the benefit of a few and a great loss to the Lakewood citizens who are in need of decent and fair healthcare. An Urgi Care is NOT DOING the job!

Make sure if you are out and about in Lakewood,to stop in and thank our Mayor and our Council Members. You might also want to ask for the names and contact information for the rest of the Company so that you can thank them also!
