The new catch all for things that have been identified as "trolling" by users and or moderators.
Some wanted it just deleted, others thought it should be saved. I prefer people being framed by their words and actions so, for now they will be saved.

In my day, and perhaps the days of others, "under the bridge" represented a den of pseudo-iniquity.
