Guns & pawn shops
Pawn shops should not be aloud to pawn, hold, sell or buy any type of fire arm. They are not secure properties, criminals are breaking in and stealing the weapons for illicit activity. When stolen, there's no background check, no 7 day wait, no tracking it's owner. I'm just saying.

Pawn shops have alarm systems any firearms store, Dick's Sporting Goods, Walmart or any other retailer the is "licensed" to sell guns. The requirements are identical for licensing, security, customer background checks, etc. Pawn do not criminal than any other retailer licensed to sell firearms in the same demographic area. The majority of stolen guns are obtained through residential burglaries.

I get Jackie's point - no argument with it.
But I'm curious if there are any pawn shops in Lakewood? I did a quick search and didn't see any.

Well, thanks for that info, I never even held a gun, I just heard that burglers broke into a pawn shop & stole weapons. What do I know. Criminals drive vehicles into store fronts to steel ATM's, what's going to stop them from driving into Dick's to take weapons? Wer're doomed, we need more of a military type police force. That makes sense since both "Law and Order@ and "The Apprentice" we're both on the same network (NBC).
