Aero-Mark INC. - Relation to Cleveland Clinic?

Tonight around 9:30 P.M., there were two line striping trucks painting lines on Madison by Lincoln. The logo on the side of the trucks said "Aero-Mark INC."

Aero-Mark INC. is based out of Streetsboro. According to state records, the registered agent of the company is a William Dolan.

Why is this important, you ask?

There is a Paul Dolan that currently sits on the Cleveland Clinic Board of Trustees. Paul Dolan is also the current CEO of the Cleveland Indians and is also the son of Larry Dolan, the former CEO of the Cleveland Indians.
Larry Dolan has a brother named William. Therefore, it would appear that William Dolan (evidently the owner of Aero-Mark) is the uncle of Paul Dolan, a current CCF Board of Trustees member.

1. Why can't city employees do this work? Why are we contracting out more work?
2. Is anyone else starting to notice the pattern?
3. Is there any possibility that Summers wants the Cleveland Clinic to run everything here in Lakewood?

There is a major issue with this conspiracy theory:

William "Bill" Dolan, brother of Larry, passed away in 2013.

He never had any connection to Aero-Mark ever.

Also, Aero-Mark does LOTS of work for other cities and states. Lakewood is hardly unique in using a third party for specific work on roads.

Can we please stop trying to see a conspiracy in every little thing that is happening in Lakewood? It really is getting old and tiresome.

OK, so William passed away. Could you please post your documentation showing that no one in the Dolan family ever had a connection to Aero-Mark? Also, do they normally do their work at night, or, is our city paying them overtime?
