Since my original post "Summers-Gate 1 Summers Hired BL Crony Convicted of Harassment Involving Anti-Semitic and Bizarre Sexual Content Mailings", I learned that Summers engaged the same person to do work on his campaign for re-election at or around the same time Summers was (according to public records) hiring that person at the city with no prior experience despite other candidates with exeprience.
From the available "Friends of Summers" public filings, I did not see that the person (hired and paid with public funds for on the job training) was ever paid for his work on the Summers campaign.
How and why did Summers and Summers' Administration overlook the criminal arrest background?
Was there a Quid Pro Quo, i.e. did Summers give this person a job at taxpayer expense in exchange for free campaign services and work?
