I want to commend the owner, the contractor the invester, what a beautiful & wonderful job done on the walk up flat apartments on Clifton, just great. Why don't more of Lakewood property owners do the same thing? Lakewood, the best location in the nation, It simply needs to be appreceiated, It has not yet realized it's full potential, lingering, waiting for the visionars to make it happen. But were moving ahead, wish we could run, I don't have much time left. The bar on east Madison south side, what a transformation, it should be documented as it progresses. I hope someone took pictures. That ugly renovation back in the 70's, who aloud that to happen? Hillary, give us the money.

If you look at the prosperity of locally own small business, and the growth they are enjoying, we have much potential. Too many great business, I can't mention. wonderful.
