Ignore the Troll
If you ignore the troll, it will eventually wither away . . . each time a troll's post is answered/replied to, all that it does is encourage more trollish behavior. Ignoring it is the only way to get it to stop.

Re: Ignore the Troll
Yes. But the bad actors can't stop--They have an agenda.
In this case the Observer allows bad actors continue to expose the motives and practices of the Summers Administration--No Facts. Lies. More Lies. Deflect. Attempts to Kill the Messenger. Accuse other of exactly what they themselves are doing. The bully playing the victim as it is bullying. Those in power and financed by power claiming to be powerless. Hidden agendas.
But the hidden agendas are being unraveled and exposed--and the recent desperation is resulting in a series self-inflicted errors.
Summers' own whips have become his noose.
Nixon's sloppy plumbers brought down Nixon.

I'm always in favor of letting people embarrass themselves on social media. Say NO to censorship and moderation!

I believe the trolls are on here for Summers in order to get as much information out of those who insist upon carrying on a conversation with them. How much information have you freely given to them in regards to the law suits? People can read between the lines! Better to say nothing.

Re: Ignore the Troll
Lori has a point. I see certain lawyers on here daily - perhaps copy and pasting threads?
The lawsuit clearly shows that conversations and posts on the Observer have been scrutinized and copied.
So, here's a bit of info for posters, all common sense:

Thanks Bridget. I have been told by attorneys that the less said, and in the least words, the better. Hopefully, those on here that are not Summer's folks will take the advice. The law suits are more important than "being right" or "having the last word".

How ironic! The word "trolling" actually comes from a fishing technique in which one casts out bait to catch fish—and that's exactly what internet trolls do. They use rude statements and other techniques to try to "lure" you into getting angry or responding. Their only goal is to get you angry—just like your sibling used to do when they'd poke you or repeat everything you said.

Or, if you are with the Observer, you can log on to people's accounts and read for yourself.Lori Allen _ wrote:People can read between the lines! Better to say nothing.

Thanks. So it is exactly like Bridget's post that was followed by her comment "you fell for the bait - fool."Lori Allen _ wrote:http://lifehacker.com/5854053/how-to-st ... -your-life
