Good Morning Corey,Corey Rossen wrote:

Sly move, lawyer, sly move. Not sure which class at law school taught you that but I'm guessing it makes you feel proud when using your full use of immoral tactics.
You are really beginning (if not already) to make a mockery of this and Jim O'Bryan's Observation Deck.
I hope you rested well, but now back to the hard work on your favorite subject: "you."
Let's start today' session, by analyzing your three sentences above from last night.
1. In the first sentence you accuse me of "smearing" you with your own words. This appears to be a classic projection: your wrote something that "smears" yourself, but since I quoted you (according to you) I'm the one smearing you.
2. In the second sentence, you express anger and frustration and accuse me of "sly" and "immoral" tactics--- and again you project on to me that I am "proud" of these "tactics". Again, Mr. Mager, Mr. Buckley, and Ms. Martin, among others, have pointed out your lack of substance, i.e you employ "tactics" so you view the world as employing "tactics" against you--another projection. Think of it like Mr. Mager suggests: I am holding up a giant mirror for you to look into and you don't like what you see, so you blame me for having a mirror, but it only reflects on you...and Jordan's Family Foundation.
3. In your final sentence, you accuse me of making a "mockery...Jim O'Bryan's observation Deck," but your incessant posts and even your Deck bylines betray that "making a mockery of the Deck" is a longstanding goal and hobby of yours, not mine. This is another projection of what you do on to me. I might add, that your pals "team members", Jay Carson and Rick Ulderiks apparently have had that same goal for some time as well, yet you deny membership on any team with them.
When it comes down to "smearing" in the legal sense, please note by way of example only, that in addition to calling me "immoral" last night, last week your wrote the words: "Essi's fraudulent Foundation." Again, you lack facts and substance and these claims are clearly fabricated.
Perhaps you could ask Jay Carson whether your conduct is actionable and if you and Jordan's Family Foundation should issue an apology.
Three simple words are all that are needed: "I am sorry."

you and your zombie minions not only lack reading comprehension but you also lack tolerance for anyone who doesn't tow the line. your circular logic, although entertaining, can be quite exhausting to follow given the lack of coherence in many of the poorly written posts.
please keep it up, however, as this is some of the funniest shit I get to read in my day. although, I really have corey to thank for that.

It would seem that folks aligned with Corey, lack tolerance and civility.
Your posts tend to prove this.
I greatly respect your right to be uncivil and the perceived need to defend Corey's and Jordan's Family Foundation's behavior.

Re: Spotlight: Distinguishing "Team Rossen" from Jordan's Family Foundation
I will again answer your questions on this thread, until you ask more on another thread, and then start another thread and ask more and then repeat the process. (Keeping in mind this is a lot of effort on your part to deflect from answering questions posed to you, your foundation, your law firm and your clients.) This is one reason why the Deckers are calling this annoying. So...here goes...again...
What is your "team" and what are they fighting for, i.e. what are their guiding principles for "doing good"?
I do not have a team. I inquired a year plus ago "so what happens next if there is a hospital, and what happens next if there is not a hospital." Because I did not immediately cower to Brian Essi and his opinions I was deemed Build Lakewood although I never have spoken with them, attended a meeting, or have done anything else that would lead me to team status. I have actually had more interaction with Save Lakewood people and their door to door representatives than anything. I seem to be the only one not allowed to not be on a team (remember, Brian Essi claims to be "not be on a team" and that is viewed as acceptable, but if I am "not on a team" that means I am the enemy). As I stated long ago, a Public Relations form would have a nightmare with Brian Essi and his antics, leading people away from his group rather than to it. The firm would have dropped Brian Essi before dropping Johnny Manziel!
Does this team and your posts relate, if at all, to Jordan's Family Foundation? Provide examples or the overlap or mutual exclusivity.
I do not have a team and therefore without a team there is not a representation of myself or JFF.
What are your team's goals?
No team= no goals.
Who and what is your "team" fighting against?
No team = no fight. But one team sure does seem to be fighting me due to my lack of conformity. I think this is an odd tactic to try to win a vote through harassment and badgering, but then again "to each their own."
Who are the key actors on your "team"?
No team = no actors.
How do you define your team "winning" and "losing", i.e. what are the objective standards of "success"?
No team = no win or loss. The comment I think you are referring to only suggests your team losing, not that I am on any particular team. Just like the Pittsburgh Steelers team may lose but that does not mean I play for the Cleveland Browns.
I think answers to these questions could really help the Deck have a greater acceptance and understanding of your posts.[/quote]
Lastly, you keep accusing Jordan's Family Foundation of illegal acts with the City. I ask you to explain your accusations and you move on without explanation. You never see it through (seems to be your way), just throw out accusations and never back them up so either 1) you know you are wrong and making it up. 2) you are cowardly when "called on." or 3) you are just trying to slander an organization that helps children with heart disease. I would like to better understand your accusations so please let me know what you are referring to.
In reference to the above mentioned, if you are referring to the interaction between JFF and the City involving our event at Lakewood Park every September. Is this is what you are referencing? For this event we apply for a permit through the City's Special Event Application and Permit (I think this also includes events such as parades, etc.). The permit includes a fee that we happily pay (by check in case you are doubting if there is a paper trail). Thank you for the free plug and advertisement (usually we have to pay for good advertisement) but please try to be more accurate (researching such accusations should be much more thorough) and positive when mentioning great family events such as ours.
I hope this helps.
Enough about me, now back to you. You made such great efforts to deflect my questions about your organization, now that this is all cleared up maybe you will have more time to explain the great work being done by your founded organization.

And still...no explanation, just deflection, of your accusations. I'm sure if I were a lawyer I would know the term for this, good thing I am not or I might have to accuse you of something illegal.

Three simple words are all that are needed: "I am sorry.").
You are the founder and President of Jordan's Family Foundation and made disparaging comments about Lakewood Health and Wellness Foundation, Inc.---the stated purpose of which is to help the underserved. You called it fraudulent. You are accountable. You have no substance or facts.
Man up and apologize. The more you struggle the more you will be stuck in the briar patch.

Re: Spotlight: Distinguishing "Team Rossen" from Jordan's Family Foundation
Are lies and accusations the same? You seem to have done one, or both, several times. You may need a mirror to answer this and I know how opposed to answering questions you are so my expectations are low.Brian Essi wrote:This is more projection. Don't make up lies. I can't believe that you don't think our exchanges are childish and tiresome. I am bored with them as are the Deckers. But continue if you must. Let me guess your next move is deflection - you always choose deflection at three-quarters past the hour.
