(Keeping in mind this is a lot of effort on your part to deflect from answering questions posed to you, your foundation, your law firm and your clients.) I do not have a team. I inquired a year plus ago "so what happens next if there is a hospital, and what happens next if there is not a hospital." Because I did not immediately cower to Brian Essi and his opinions I was deemed Build Lakewood although I never have spoken with them, attended a meeting, or have done anything else that would lead me to team status. I have actually had more interaction with Save Lakewood people and their door to door representatives than anything. I seem to be the only one not allowed to not be on a team (remember, Brian Essi claims to be "not be on a team" and that is viewed as acceptable, but if I am "not on a team" that means I am the enemy). As I stated long ago, a Public Relations form would have a nightmare with Brian Essi and his antics, leading people away from his group rather than to it. The firm would have dropped Brian Essi before dropping Johnny Manziel!

For this event we apply for a permit through the City's Special Event Application and Permit (I think this also includes events such as parades, etc.). The permit includes a fee that we happily pay (by check in case you are doubting if there is a paper trail). Thank you for the free plug and advertisement (usually we have to pay for good advertisement) but please try to be more accurate (researching such accusations should be much more thorough) and positive when mentioning great family events such as ours.

1. In the first sentence you accuse me of "smearing" you with your own words. This appears to be a classic projection: your wrote something that "smears" yourself, but since I quoted you (according to you) I'm the one smearing you.

2. In the second sentence, you express anger and frustration and accuse me of "sly" and "immoral" tactics--- and again you project on to me that I am "proud" of these "tactics". Again, Mr. Mager, Mr. Buckley, and Ms. Martin, among others, have pointed out your lack of substance, i.e you employ "tactics" so you view the world as employing "tactics" against you--another projection. Think of it like Mr. Mager suggests: I am holding up a giant mirror for you to look into and you don't like what you see, so you blame me for having a mirror, but it only reflects on you...and Jordan's Family Foundation.

3. In your final sentence, you accuse me of making a "mockery...Jim O'Bryan's observation Deck," but your incessant posts and even your Deck bylines betray that "making a mockery of the Deck" is a longstanding goal and hobby of yours, not mine. This is another projection of what you do on to me. I might add, that your pals "team members", Jay Carson and Rick Ulderiks apparently have had that same goal for some time as well, yet you deny membership on any team with them.

When it comes down to "smearing" in the legal sense, please note by way of example only, that in addition to calling me "immoral" last night, last week your wrote the words: "Essi's fraudulent Foundation." Again, you lack facts and substance and these claims are clearly fabricated.

Perhaps you could ask Jay Carson whether your conduct is actionable and if you and Jordan's Family Foundation should issue an apology.

Three simple words are all that are needed: "I am sorry."
