Have you been able to come up with any possible solutions to the healthcare crisis in Lakewood yet through your organization? Let's hear some ideas.
Yes. Many. All ideas are welcome.

Feel free to have your foundation submit their ideas!
Thank you. Our foundation focuses on pediatric cardiology research, education and awareness. We also deal with heart-healthy living for children and their families to eliminate childhood obesity, which can lead to heart problems. The majority of our dealings are with research institutes and other organizations focused on pediatric cardiology. I do not think that our organization offers solutions to communities on a "hospital basis" but rather through research, education and heart-healthy living (of which we supported LiveWell Lakewood and other local groups when they were around).
Great!

How can we measure the effectiveness of your organization?

For starters, can you provide your latest 3 form 990s, a list of trustees and officers together with their salaries, the ratio of dollars given to research vs trustee and officers salaries, a list of the research institutes and oraganizations you support together with the dollars given to each and the standards you have for determining the effectiveness of the dollars given those entities.

I find it funny and insulting that you doubt or question myself or my organization. Look us up, Mr. Research. I also find it funny that you formed an organization when you saw available money out there. I did not have that approach.

No salaries to anyone. All beyond exceptional volunteers. Time, talents and efforts 100% donated.

Lakewood City Schools
American Heart Association
Lerner Research Center
Texas Children's Hospital
Flying Horse Farms
Ronald McDonald House
Etc

91% donated versus income (these numbers verified to be part of the United Way Charitible Organization and Combined Federal Campaign), the rest is office supplies (ex: posters for events), legal permits, and event expenses (ex: rental fees), etc.

Tell me about your law career, I know you have plenty of time on your hands for research, is that due to lacking clients? Tell me about your new opportunistic organization. You bore me with your arrogance and amuse me at the same time.
Res Ipsa Liquitor

That reaction speaks volumes. I ask a few questions about the effectiveness of your organization, you don't answer them, you get real defensive and change the subject.

Hmmmm
Effectiveness in a nutshell -

The first project Jordan's Family Foundation funded was called the Pedi Pump. It was an artificial heart pump sized for newborns through 4 month old babies. We saw it through research, development, testing and into the market. I know they say if something affects or saves at least one life it has made a difference. This has been in the market for years (keep in mind that congenital heart disease is the number one birth defect in the world).

Tell me about you. I asked you questions. No response, just deflection.

A strange non answer.

$34 million in Lakewood City assets are now under control of a group dedicated to the support of development throughout Northeast Ohio and you have not asked even one single question about the process. New development in Avon, Twinsburg, Mentor and beyond subsidized by people of Lakewood! What a deal!

Millions of dollars in the Lakewood Hospital Foundation were raised for the specific purpose of expanding Lakewood Hospital. Now we find out that that money is to be used to support development in Avon and you have no response and have no questions.

When the Foundation was raising money for the Vision of Tomorrow the Board members knew that the Hospital was going to be "decanted". Is it fraud to raise money to support a Hospital when you knew the money was going to be spent on something else? Has the Jordon Foundation been promised a piece of the action?

Jordan's Family Foundation is not a involved in any manner. JFF is not focused on hospitals, but rather research, education and awareness.

I also am not involved in any manner.

You should check with Essi's new foundation, he seems to be a part of the equation in this or at least that is why he formed his organization. He wants a piece of the pie. I look forward to his response to your questioning of him.

I will answer your question if you answer mine. Stop avoiding...or is your foundation a fraud? Are you a fraud and looking to cash in on hospital money?

I love it that just because I am on the Deck and not bowing to your rants that I am part of a group. I am independent on this. Yes, that is right, a person thinking for themselves. It's worth a try, give it a whirl!

Or drink the Kool Aid and donate to Essi's fraudulent Foundation, see where that gets you. The only thing it gets you is a Free Pass on the Deck to join the ranting of the Deck conformists. Group think at its finest.

Corey you seem a bit agitated, did something get under your skin? Brian owes you nothing, you are the great defender of the Master Steal oops I mean Deal that gave away millions. You wish you had a thoughtful action like Brian Essi did, and he put it into action, why are you jumping all over him? I think Patrick meant well it just did not come out right. Corey you would probably like to know how to donate to Brians Foundation right?

I'm never agitated, I find this all to be good humor.

I have never defended either side of this. Go back to day one when I asked "what is next if the hospital stays or if it goes?" Your second in charge, Essi, can do the research at your next group session. That was a sore spot that sparked the Kool Aid drinkers into action. I'm still not sure how that question puts me on either side.

Once I asked that Kool Aid drinkers pounced.

You say that Essi has taken action, please tell me what action Essi has taken with his foundation, he is afraid to answer any questions about it. Is there a way to donate, I don't know? Is there a website or information on his organization, I don't know? Does he have a plan for the foundation, I don't know? Or is he just waiting to take the hospital's money? Is he sitting at your round-table now, please pass him the keyboard so he can answer about his foundation.
