According to court records, a warrant has been issued for the suspect in a rape that happened in Lakewood on May 13th, 2016. According to court records, the suspects is an Anthony S. Lanham , a 24 year-old white male. Also according to court records, Lanham is about five feet, eight inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. His last known address is in Canton.
It is unknown where this rape occurred or the circumstances surrounding it. However, the public was not informed anyway (per usual).
It is also worth noting that a young female was allegedly raped on Ethel on May 15th. Supposedly, an arrest was made in this case. This case was labeled "departmental information" and not "rape", possibly in an effort to keep statistics low.
It is presumed that Lanham is not yet in custody, so be careful and call police if you happen to know his whereabouts or known hangouts.

Since nobody seemed to pay attention to this, I thought this deserved a bump. This is a big deal, especially since Summers saw no need to inform the public (per usual) that there is a potentially violent predator not yet in custody.
Also, let us not forget that this makes roughly rape number 20 over the past year and a half. I also believe that one of these resulted in murder.
