Seems like Cox is having issues. Does anybody know what's happening or what to do?

My internet was down most of the evening.
IT's the first time I've had a major Internet problem with Cox, and I've been with them for at least 12 years.

It's happened often enough before to me, but usually at night and was fixed by morning. This one even got a mention on the local evening news.
It started around 3 and affected my home office landline service during the work day, which was a pain.
On the plus side, I got a robo call from the Mayor saying that the phones in City Hall were out.
