As I mentioned before, between the two threads, it is time for Mike Summers to post here and tell us all about his wonderful and what appear to be illegal dealings. Then council can come next! Do the mayor and his cronies really think we are still falling for his BS? Summers is a disgrace!

The SLH lawyers sought and were denied stays.

As for Build Lakewood, their definition of "Healing" is "shut up and go along with the Clinic's plans".
Mike - Clarification, please on these "SLH lawyers." Volunteering their time? Or paid out of SLH donated funds?

Thanks.

The lawyers have worked long and hard as volunteers.
Unlike the Clinic, SLH does not have vast sums of cash to hire well-connected firms.

Thanks for the clarification.

Might I suggest that you refrain fro referring to these people as SLH lawyers/attorneys/legal team...as they are just caring citizens who happen to be of a certain profession. This would also , IMHO, alleviate some preconceived notion that some of these folks are no more than citizen volunteers.
