The LHS boys hoops season ended tonight in Old Brooklyn, where the Rangers lost their first round OHSAA tournament game to Rhodes. Rhodes used a barrage of three pointers to take the lead from Lakewood in the second quarter. Lakewood made a couple of second half runs to cut the lead within four, but Rhodes pulled away in the fourth quarter.
Tonight was the final game for seniors Logan Swift, Justin McDonald, Jack Witri, Trevon Rogers, Eddie Kwaham, William Carle, and Ozemanay Taylor.
I'll post photos as soon as possible.

Sorry for the delay, but the photo gallery is now up.
My pictures don't match the fine quality of Alex, but I hope they give you a flavor of the game.

As at all CMSD games, fans go through metal detectors before entering. "I don't think we're in Kansas anymore".

Instead of a PA announcer, Rhodes had an in-house DJ.

Rhodes has no cheer squad, so the Ranger cheerleaders picked up the slack.
As always, they enjoy a halftime snack.

Senior Justin McDonald with the rock. He had a strong game, leading the Rangers with 20 points.

Both teams were fierce under the basket.

The crowd was well behaved, but there was still a large security presence.

Senior Jack Witri shows his frustration after leaving the game for the final time in his excellent career.

The Seniors look on helplessly as the final seconds of their careers tick off. The large Lakewood contingent chanted "Thank You Seniors" when they exited.

Not bad for a smartphone newbie.
