This morning shortly before 10:00 am a car traveling north on Belle, turned right on to Detroit Ave. losing control and hitting cars parked along the road pushing one into "It's A Party" at 14526 Detroit Ave. which is between Norris Chiropractor and Curry Copy Center and Belle Barber Shop.
"She was traveling at a high rate of speed" according to a woman who was waiting for her husband at Belle Barber Shop.
The guys at Curry Copy agreed, "There was no way she was traveling the speed limit."
With both car's sets of airbags deployed, it would indicate a speed 30mph or greater.
With no injuries, and no fire, Lakewood Fire Department was waiting for Kuffner to remove the cars.
Barb the owner of "It's A Party" arrived saying "Thank god I got here late and no one was hurt."
Detroit Avenue was closed for about an hour.
Nothing to see, move along.
