As Mayor Summers claims, he knows little about his good friend's new venture into publishing, one has to wonder who is running the Team Summers ship?

It would seem some of the checks used to purchase ads in the Lakewood Neighborhood News were made out to "Friends of Mayor Summers."

They were told the ads would be used in a legal political mailing.

Why can't they be honest with the voters just once.

Just once, say, something we can find out is true.

"Friends of Mike Summers" are the broker for ads for the faux newspaper.

How much money did Foran and the Summers Campaign skim off the top as a "commission" before sending the money on to Ed Fitzgerald's new "investment" in the welfare of Lakewood?
