For those of you who love to hate on Jim O'Bryan and The Lakewood Observer, please take note that Eric Sandy with Cleveland Scene also calls out Team Summers in his article entitled, "Ed FitzGerald Started A Fake Newspaper in the Days Leading up to Election," which can be viewed at http://www.clevescene.com/scene-and-hea ... o-election.

The wreck of the Ed Fitzgerald lives on and on and on. After embarrassing Ohio nationally in the gubernatorial race, he just can't seem to stay sunk.

The "fake newspaper" was distributed in Lakewood and a similar version went to Brooklyn, where former Lakewood Assistant Law Director Scott Claussen is (or was) running for mayor. Similar MO - a campaign ad disguised as "community news." Fitz apparently thinks a drug dealer deserves to be mayor of Brooklyn and he is spending time and money deceiving voters there to get him elected. Claussen - arrested for felony drug dealing. Fitz is behind him 100%.

So the few people trying to defend this "newspaper" - you think Fitz is the man? You think his judgement and character are good enough for you? You believe everything in that paper is "news" and not campaign propaganda?

Fitz doesn't want to give up his hand in politics. He's backing people he can control.

A vote for Summers is a vote for Fitzgerald.

Skindell's not done much to win my vote, but dang if Summers isn't doing his best to lose it. Silly, unnecessarily underhanded and deceptive tactics all around.

Brian,

Skindell is smart, hardworking and honest. He has refused to lower himself into Summer's mud pit. What more can we ask for as a way away from the abyss Summers has drawn us in?

There should be no further doubt ... after the fake "newspaper" folly ... that FitzGerald is the "master" and Summers is the mere "apprentice" ... so ... in anticipation of the much awaited "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" release ...





... indeed ...

We must all be very cautious of this FitzGerald and Summers reign.
