Fitzgerald Money Backing Drug Dealer

Post by Bridget Conant »

Ed Fitzgerald has been busy backing criminals running for office. The PD reports some of his "Friends of Fitzgerald" campaign funds were directed to a former Lakewood Assistant Law Director running for mayor of Brooklyn, who will now be serving time not as mayor, but as a felon after his arrest for drug trafficking:

According to campaign finance filings, Claussen received donations from:

Former Cuyahoga County executive Ed FitzGerald, who donated $600 from his Friends of FitzGerald account.
He sure seems to enjoy backing people with no moral or ethical standards.

Wait. What does this have to do with the Hilliard Theater?

Just kidding, sorry. Too soon?

For the scoresheet, I did not like Fitz either.
