Two good honest people forced to step down from appointments for conflict of interests and ethics violations.
All sorts of legal issues and possible violations every inch of the way with a deal that is so lawyer-ed up it is hard to believe this many mistakes were made.
(Lawyers are amazed at how barely legal most of this was, for years and years)
The laundering of $100+ million in public assets into $32 million in a private funds.
Lose 880 good paying jobs.
Lose over $5 million in local non-profit funding
10 months later, after 3.5 years of planning, we are told "dream big."
Hmmmmmmmmm, Really?
Is this the best way to run a community, for the health of that community?

This is what Summers said is "Good News" on January 14, 2015.
Failure is "Good News".

Re: "Great Deal For Lakewood"
All across the United States and in every major campaign speech, politicians are talking jobs, jobs, jobs. The economy and income inequality are the main issues.
In Lakewood, the narrative being pumped out of City Hall is "development is good"...."the hospital is bad".This is insanity! Of the 1,100 hospital jobs that will be lost, how many are Lakewood residents?
There's a reason a real economic impact study was never commissioned by city hall, the public would have never signed off on the plan.
