Who is Funding Summers/BL Campaigns?

Stan touched on this in an earlier thread, but I think it needs further discussion (beyond just the one anti-64 mailing).

So far I've gotten quite a bit of propaganda in the mail from the anti-hospital side.

There have been two pieces from Cleveland Clinic, two from Build Lakewood, one quasi-BL anti-64 mailing, and two from Mike Summers.
We are still 11 days from the election, so I expect many more pieces to come...perhaps even doubling the current count.

The Clinic did its own pieces in house (likely "administrative expenses").

How are the others being financed?

Is the Clinic allowed to donate directly to political campaigns?
I assume that its employees are.
Is millionaire Summers self-financing much of this?
