I am going to be the Debbie Downer here . . .Please people, if you can't control your dogs, please don't participate in the parade. I will never forget the year that a small breed dog was killed at the parade by a larger dog. As the owner of 2 chihuahuas, I am always careful with my animals. However, I can't assume that everyone else is just as careful with their dogs. Carry Mace if you do participate. It could save your dogs life.

Sadly this year our group has to miss it. We were slammed with so many vet bills that we could not pay for a booth this year. I will probably go up and take pictures though.
