"No person shall allow a dog under his or her control to be upon public property or upon the property of another, absent the consent of the owner or occupant of the property, without some device designed or intended for the removal or containment of such dog's excrement; nor shall any person fail to remove any excrement deposited by any dog under his or her control."

If you see a person walking down the street with a dog and no plastic bags, you can guess what they are about to leave on someone'lawn.

when I walk my dogs (oh man how many I walk) I keep my plastic bags out of sight. They are in my pocket or in my little bag carrier that is attached to my pants.
Thankfully though my dogs (even my fosters) will not go potty on someone elses lawn. All my dogs are strange and will only potty in my yard. LOL.

thanks for the info. when i was backing out the driveway a few days ago,
i saw a dog poop on my yard, the guy walked away without picking up.
i stopped, looked to make sure it is what i saw, asked him why he did not
pick up, he said "i forgot a bag", ok,but it was what he said after that, that he
would come back and pick up when i lick his @#@#. i said a few choice words to him after that. i got home it was gone. but it doesn't end there -
yesterday i had a bag of dog poop half way up my driveway. oh well, i
picked it up and threw it away. is this guy that ignorant and stupid.
wheres the kumbaya?

Jim,

Now that the weather is warming up, it's a good time to look at motion activated sprinklers.

Yes, it will set you back about $60 and increase hostilities, but even if you don't buy one (and I'm not suggesting you do), you can have the pleasure of thinking about its use.

I stopped drinking anything when I am on here. Keeps the laptop clean...LOL

See I had a guy walk his dog and do the samething to me. He sad "well you have dogs so what is one more pile?" then i turned to him and said "yeah well I have an a$$h*le, doesnt mean I need to clean up after another one!!!" I keep saying I am going to make my invisible fence and electric fence and shock everyone else who comes near my house!!!

Seriously the more I am around people, the more they scare me.

I had basically the opposite situation, where I was getting yelled at while cleaning up after my dog. The yelling was completely unintelligible, though, so I suppose she could've had some problem aside from my dog's poop getting cleaned up from her tree lawn...

Someone yelled at me once because I didn't clean up my dog's pee from her tree lawn.

Missy, you made my day! If you don't mind, I'm going to put your quote (crediting you of course) on the bottom signature of my posts.

Stan, I know the answer to that one.

How about this:
