LO 05.08 At Newstand and Online - End of Hibernation Issue

The Lakewood Observer Volume 5, Issue 8 just hit the streets and is also posted online.

What struck me was how many events and fun things are going on around town. Most by volunteers and civic groups that carry the love of the city and their cause very, very deeply. If there is one thing Lakewood is wealthy in is talent, and dedication. I am always impressed with the thousands of human hours go into these projects simply for the love of doing it.

The Observer now has projects going in 14 communities, yet I continue to love no city more than Lakewood. I am always happy to come home.

I would like to thanks all that take part in this project. Especially the Board, the editors, the writers, photographers, illustrators, advertisers, delivery crew, readers, posters, lurkers and neighbors, I hope we do it for each other, and for the city we love.
