Accident on Riverside Drive and Madison Ave.

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

In the rainy slippery conditions while coming home from work I ran into Lakewood Safety Services once again doing a very good job in getting to the scene quickly, stabilizing the victims, and keeping everyone safe! Good work!

Here are some of the images.

Yes, it is. How might one do that?

Simply send it a request, to:
editor@lakewoodobserver.com
and be approved, and help to start building the visual images of Lakewood
as you see it.

It all helps to build and define the brand.

Once you create a blog who sees it? I mean how do people know where it is and how to look at it. I'm just wondering because I didn't even know one could sign up to have one or what they were. I have only really seen the images as linked through the deck. I didn't know other people who were not regular Observer writers had them.

Christopher,

When you go to the Lakewood Observer's main page, there are photos on the right side of the page. Click on those and you will get to the photoblogs. Some are artistic, some newsworthy, some whimsical, and all to my mind, valuable to those wishing to peruse the many facits of the Lakewood Diamond-in-the rough.

Virtually all of us can be "regular Observer writers" if we want to be.

The democratic process of this project cannot be overstated.

What's keeping you? :D

Oh, I know everyone can be a writer. Sorry I did not mean my comments to seem to the contrary. What I meant was I thought that having a photo-blog might have a connection to signing up as a ‘Member’ as one has to do to become a writer. I thought they might be connected. Like you have to have a member account first before photo blogging could be added. I by no means meant my comments to mean I thought you restricted who could be involved.

As for what’s stopping me from being a writer my replay is nothing. In fact I sent in my first article last week and will be covering the April 20th Council meeting as well.

Christopher

If you go back to the member center you sill se that you have been given access to photo blogging.

Anyone can see them just like everything the Observer does. No need to sign in unless you are posting.

There are many groups that use Observer Virtual Meeting Rooms which are private and cannot be seen. However that is dependent upon each group.

Sign up and put photos in the about box.

Or drop a note to Dan Slife through the members center.

You must sign in through member center to access photoblogs.
