The date of the offense is listed as 01/06/2004.
It will be interesting to see how they make the case for a 5 year old offense (if there was one.)
It is also odd that when a man t is alleged to have committed such a heinous act, the investigators could not come up with other cases, that migh corroborate the original charge.
