The Tenants Rights Organization also serves Lakewood. You can look up their number by typing the name into google.

The Cleveland Tenants Organization (CTO) provides services throughout Cuyahoga County and has a specific contract to provide services to Lakewood residents. According to their website they have a number dedicated for this purpose: 432-0611. The general info number is 432-0617.

There is a staff person from CTO that is available at Lakewood Christian Service Center on Wednesday evenings (14234 Madison Ave.). Cheryl, the CTO staff person, has been there to provide helpful advice for many years and is an expert on landlord/tenant issues.
