Oh wow...now Swingo's is out of business.

It really is depressing that so many businesses are failing...and so many people are losing their jobs these days.

I did just hear on the radio that Maria's Restaurant is honoring Swingo's gift certificates until April 30...if you happen to have one.

I am not sure this is 100% economy fallout. I know Matt had a nasty health experience not to long ago. I do know a couple people that worked there for decades that are totally lost in what to do now.

Yes, it is a shame. I'm sure another resturant will fill that space, you can't beat the view.

To be honest, I never ate there, but my husband and I liked the bar because of the view, and the weird, 1970's ---I'm crashing one of my friends parents parties if they were in the mob vibe-I got when going there---but hey---thats just me. Maybe if they just updated it alittle.
