Hello Friend of Melt Bar and Grilled,

Our short 3 day vacation of cleaning and preparing is over. Melt Bar and Grilled is ready to kick 2009 off. We have made a New Years Resolution to be better at everything we do in 2009. The first order of business is our new menu.

A new appetizer is ready to welcome your taste buds to Melt...

CRAB CAKES
Handmade sweet blue crab cakes, wilted garlic spinach, roasted red pepper, corn salsa, creamy chipotle dip.

3 new sandwiches have been added to the extensive collection.

THE PURPLE PARMA
hand breaded eggplant, grilled tomato, sun-dried tomato pesto, provolone cheese

THE BIG POPPER
fresh jalapeno peppers, cheddar & herb cream cheese, beer battered, mixed berry preserves

THE TOKYO TUNA MELT
asian marinated grilled yellowfin steak, ginger wasabi dressing, fresh lettuce & tomato, muenster

2 new salad dressing will help marry our greens with your gourmet grilled cheese.

NEW SUNDAY BRUNCH MENU BEGINNING IN JANUARY
Yes, that is correct. Continuing to make things better in 2009. We have combined our original egg and omelet based menu with our new popular gourmet waffle menu. The 2 menus have formed to create our new super ultra mega amazing brunch menu. Saving the world every Sunday from 10am - 3pm.

In 2009 we welcome back our revolving Great Lakes handle. We start things off with their most popular flag ship lager.

Drink Feature for January
The Moscow Mule
An old Russian family recipe. Fresh ginger and lime juice, sweetened with cane sugar and shaken with Stolichnaya Vodka. This drink will cure anything you’ve got!!
