There will be a Public Safety Committee meeting Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at 6:00 PM at Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue. (Please see security guard for room location)
The topic for discussion is as follows:


1. Communication from Mayor FitzGerald regarding Daytime Curfew.


2. ORDINANCE NO. 98-08 AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it received the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members elected to Council otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, to create a new section within Chapter 509 of the General Offenses Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood creating a daytime curfew within the City of Lakewood. 3. Review of City procedures for considering liquor permit applications.
