Cutting off nose to spite face can be costly.

Went to Lucas Auto Service at Sloane and Madison on Friday after going to see my doctor. I was sick and just wanted my gas.

Anyway, what you do at this station if you are disabled is pull into the Full-serve, tell show them your handicap pass and then you move to self-serve and they fill it for you. The full serve is 10 cents more a gallon. The Guy came out, I showed him my pass and he started filling me up right there and started wiping my windows. I yelled out "Does this pump do handicap rate?" "I didn't know you were handicapped." I said "I told you I was and I pointed to my pass, what else was I supposed to do? That's what you people told me to do." "I'm going to stop the pump here at $12.00." I asked him if he was going to refund the 10 extra cents a gallon and he said he couldn't and I didn't tell him. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager.

Then he gives me a calendar. What the heck do I want their calendar for?

Between my car and my kids cars and gas my family has probably spend over $8,000.00 in the last year and half at this place and he wouldn't refund me about 60 cents? They just lost a good customer.

Pulled out of there in tears.
