Get Ready - Snow only 110 miles east of us.

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

I spent last weekend getting the cars and motorcycles ready for storage hoping to get another month or two of use out of them.

Then while visiting a friend she noticed how fat squirrels were and sign that points to a long cold winter.

Now today snow in Buffalo.

Get your snow blower fixed, and buy salt today!
Lakewood Hardware has it for sale.

My wife, a Canadian who knows a thing or two about snow, saw a few flakes on her walk to Hayes Elementary this morning.

Dave

Maybe you could have her use her Northern Neighbor Sighting Skills
on what just fell nine blocks north of you.

Was cold like snow, but hurt when I tried to catch them on my nose.

Funny, Jim. Yeah, it doesn't take a super sluth to figure out something in addition to rain was coming down yesterday.

I love the snow. By board is all waxed-up and I have $140 on my Boston Mills/Brandywine gift card.

Finally, Jim, please try not to dent the nice rocks of ice with your face again?

The CVS Pharmacy on the corner had Christmas Merchandise on the shelves at the beginning of the week. I haven't been into any other chain stores recently.

Maybe all the christmas merchandise is making christians think about winter more, which results in god making it get cold.

The chains have christmas decorations out too, well they did last week when I was trying to find a halloween costume but couldn't because they were already putting them on clearance.
