Scooters A Plenty

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

After a summer of waiting for 6-9 months for any scooter you might want from Pride of Cleveland Scooters, they now have a bunch in stock.

The gas crisis caused a real run on scooters that get 70-90 mpg. Phil Waters, owner, could not find you a scooter from any dealer.

Well now you can get Buddies from 50cc - 250cc, Vespas, and Genuine. All good scooters.

I would imagen now is the time to buy when demand is low. You can bet that gas will once again reach 4 and 5 dollars a gallon before you know it.

My parents love their Buddy from POC. A scooter is great for them, living in Lakewood they can do 90% of their errands on their scooter without needing a car.

Scooters are good for everyone, and very green.

Lakewood should let scooters and micro cars park in the striped areas at the end of blocks. That would encourage green transportation.

Something like free parking zone for vehicles that get 60 mpg or more.
