To the almighty party planner

Post by Ivor Karabatkovic »

Dear almighty party planner,

We're all in need of a party. With Halloween coming up, why don't we throw a costume bash where everyone is admitted if they wear a costume, and of course brings a perishable canned good for donation!

Two years ago, I was a working beer keg. This year, well you'll have to wait and see.

What do you guys think about a costume party?

I'm on the fence on this one, JOB seems to already have cornered the market on the Shrek look.

Well the green came from appetizers at the last tasting. The size came from all of the other tastings. :)

Ivor

When does this costume party you are throwing start?

All

Ours is in the planning stage and will be after the elections.

What about after our Dog Parade on the 18th?

Many people will still be dressed up when the parade ends?? The Parade ends at 4 and the worker bees will be cleaning up until about 5pm and I for one will be ready for a cold one.

Oh by the way we still need volunteers....so if you are so inclined you can help us raise funds for the Lakewood Animal Shelter and then move on to the party.

Your help would be appreciated!

PM me!

I apologize for the green afterglow, but we thought-- ehh, old food, big Jim, he won't mind.

I just want a picture next to "Teen Wolf" Endress. Ivor, will you have your camera on hand? You don't get too many chances to be a part of a picture involving Raggedy Ann next to Teen Wolf.

Ivor,

I think this is the nicest thing you have said about me lately! Shall I call Around the Corner and check on the 18th after the dog parade? Even Pacers since it is right in the middle of Lakewood. What do you think??? Jim, this could be fun with another post election party to follow. Thoughts everyone?

I think if Ivor has the money, we should do it. As for the LO, I am still waiting until after the election so that we can cleanse our souls and minds.

Jim, We could certainly pay for our own food and beverage. I think Ivor just wants a fun get together.

Oh

When I throw a party I like to provide the drinks and food.

Why not have it at the Clifton Club?

Then I could dress up as Moses and lead my people to the promised land.

October 31?

You don't plan to lead them over the Lakewood/RR bridge, do you?
