Those are the clock readings used by the Police Dept.

At 2:32 LPD received a robbery call from the check cashing store at Riverside and Detroit.

The Dispatcher efficiently, and expertly relayed information and deployed all LPD cars to the scene.

At 3:03 the final reports were being generated by officers on the scene. Suspect in hand.

Not to shabby--- unless the idiot robbers are getting more stupid.

I guess that Horace Mann may have been in lock-down until the suspect was apprehended - which he was.

There was no problem with anything or anybody at the school, they just wanted to make sure everybody was safe.
