Some of the low-cost chipping does not include the registration that activates the chip!

Furthermore, some of the registries send you a bill for extra services that you probably do not need and it appears as though if you don't pay a yearly fee, that your activation will not be "renewed". This is not the case.

Also, you may want to find out whether or not local shelters WILL or CAN scan the chip. Not all do.

I am not sure about the Heaven can wait,

But the APL goes into the county registry, and can cross over here,
We already had some owners here check it out and do it, and test it.
No hidden costs in that one.

The other hospital, has the most updated registry and frequency base, but I am not sure the cost.
