Is it just for houses?

Because we could apparently use...

"My Ice Rink is Worth What?"

or

"My Elementary School is Worth What?"

Good pub for Lakewood, buy I worry that the true value of living in Lakewood will not show through. For every dollar per gallon that gas goes up, the value of living in a walkable, close to everything community increases exponentially. And that is rarely discussed by a national media that still seems more impressed by six extra bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and a formal dining room you'll never use, all wrapped up in a house that has very little chance of lasting 40 years without major renovations.

The true value of Lakewood: When the snow was two feet deep I walked outside and saw an army of volunteer citizens shoveling the driveways of complete strangers for nothing more than the satisfaction of helping others.

I don't just live in a house, I live in a neighborhood.

How about ones that need renovating, or most noticably, landscaping (cough, cough)?

While speaking with the program director, I did pitch a very old library that was renovated.

thanks Jim, but we already knew the value of that... ...Priceless.

So with all the new expansion, how about a renovation for "Observer News World Headquarters"?
