In helping to rally businesses for the Lakewood ArtWalk coming up May 17th, I stopped in to Ed's Barber Shop(15618 Madison Ave). Ed's has a new owner, Darren. Darren is trying to get out and get acquainted with the city(being from Brunswick) he doesn't have his city(lakewood) legs yet--doesn't really know all the ins and outs of our city. Looks like he will be participating in the ArtWalk--his sister is a photographer-- ! One of my friends, sons, had his hair cut there and Darren did a fantastic job!
Just wanted to take a moment to welcome Darren officially to Lakewood--and encourage the gentlemen on the deck to give his shop a try or least stop in and welcome him to our community!
