New Releases On Front Page

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

As we continue to refine and define the Lakewood Observer Project, I would like to remind people that news releases from various sources are on the front page faster than any other source.

Schools

Police

City Hall

Building Department

Health

MainStreet

Building Department

Finance Department

With more joining in the direct route from their desks to the residents of Lakewood.

I would like to thank all that have joined and are participating in the free flow of information.

I certainly appreciate the hard work on this. It's great to see important information show up so quickly.

Jim - how about creating an RSS feed for the news releases, in addition to listing them on the front page?

Consider it done, though it should already be part of our RSS package.

One of this things that we will talk about tonight is bringing the entire Lakewood Observer up to all of the new stuff we are piping into other cities!

Alas, the shoemaker's shoes...

Thanks
