Snow = money

So any estimates on how much the city made in parking violations over the course of the latest snowfall?
If the expired meters are ticketed regularly by cops on foot patrol will that finance their salaries? What's the hourly expense of an officer all said and done... maybe 3 expired meters per hour? Not bad to have increased presence.

Do you think the increase in fines covered the overtime costs for the removal crews?

I'd love to see what the financial effect on the city is for a snow event like last weekend.

Perhaps someone from the city can give us a rundown.
