Regarding 17604 Cannon Avenue, the transfer date of the sheriff's deed to Washington Mutual Bank was July 10, 2007.

Great link which sums up what many have been trying to say all along. Wall Street and "others" HAD to know this was happening. People were tricked. It is much more than a "greedy" homeowner that has caused this crisis. And this is National news for a reason.
