Photographers: check out Exposure Cleveland!

Post by David Lay »

Exposure Cleveland is a loosely-knit group of photographers from all over the Cleveland area, who want to get together on a regular basis to do photowalks, and talk all things photography.

I went on my first photowalk yesterday: to Shaker Lakes Nature Center and Lakeview Cemetery. It was so much fun; the laughs were non-stop!

It's a great way to meet your peers, and even learn a thing or two!

We meet the second Friday of the month at Lava Lounge in Tremont. Photowalks are frequent throughout the year; we try to schedule at least one a month. Next up: Oberlin!

Thanks David. There are a lot of pictures at that link. Are they all yours?

You should plan one of your meetings and hold it in one of the coffee shops here in Lkwd. Then do a walk down Detroit from one end to the other. I always thought that would make an interesting photo essay. Lots of opportunity for 'street photography', human interest, and candid street people type shots. Especially down near 117th.

Those photos are the group pool.

Lakewood would be a great idea. I'll bring it up!
